Mindful Morning Routine

When yoga or meditation is not in the cards on any particular morning (two kids under 7 in the house), I make an effort to pause and have a mindful minute with hot water and lemon before I consume anything. Choosing to start my day with a simple wellness practice (when I’d rather pull the first espresso), feels like I’m still carving out “me time” when my little people hit the ground running.
