Weekly one hour class open to all level practitioners interested in spending Sundays together this winter to reflect, release, and restore. Through a combination of mindful movement (light stretching), awareness exercises (sensory observations), reiki, and meditation with sound healing (gong, singing bowls, or binaural beats) we will be embody the quiet, still, introspective attributes of winter to heal and rejuvenate the spirit.

Led by Meditate Montclair's Leslie Keough with reiki master Selena Strader @byselenawithlove administering reiki throughout the hour, the class is an opportunity to mirror the energy of the yin season to receive as a way resource, regenerate, and renew for the year ahead. No experience necessary. Open to the public. Students are asked to bring a pillow, blanket, and yoga mat. Monthly, a special guest sound bath healer will be on site for a more immersive vibrational experience.
